Your order(s)

When I receive your order(s), I will make and ship it to you within 10 working days. 
You will receive a message when your order has been shipped.


Payments can be done by either credit card or with PayPal. 
You don't need a PayPal account to pay for a purchase.


The shipping costs are included.
Your order is shipped from France without tracking. I go to the post office about 3 or 4 times a week.
The delivery depends on where you are in the world. It can vary from a few days to a few weeks. 
The average is a day or 7 to European countries and around 10 days to countries outside of Europe. But seasons and customs can slow deliveries down. Please keep that in mind.

If you specifically need tracking, please contact me prior to purchase.

To reduce waste, I don't use much packaging. I ship in safe, flat carton boxes that fit the average mail box. Or I use envelopes if the order is small and lightweight.

If your order is a gift, I'd be happy to wrap it in festive paper and add a card with your text. Just let me know by message.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customs and / or Import Taxes for countries outside of Europe, are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Because the import duties vary per country, I cannot foresee whether you have to pay these taxes and / or what the costs are. Best is to contact your customs office for information.  


I don't accept cancellations because of the handmade nature of my items.

Returns or Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it.
The costs for shipping the item back to me, will be for you. 
In case of a return I will refund you your initial payment when I received the item back in good state.
In case of an exchange, I will make the item anew and ship it to you as soon as it is finished.

If a purchase has been custom made, I can't accept a return or exchange. 

Other refunds or replacements are only done when an item is either damaged or lost in the mail. If you receive your order damaged, I will ask for a photo.

Your privacy

The personal information I receive from you when you make a purchase - your name, home address and email address - are used solely for shipping and tax payment purposes. I will not sell your personal information, nor will I send you any promotional emails.
